i found the staff friendly and professional. the hotel was clean and well-managed. i was happy with the spacious bedroom, and the location proved convenient. the state-of-the-art gym onsite impressed me and i would gladly return for another stay.

the room service menu was somewhat limited , though i understand these things can change seasonally.

we checked in early and our room was ready. the receptionist gave us helpful information about the hotel facilities. our room was very comfy. the hot stone bed at the spa was amazing! breakfast offered lots of delicious choices and we were greeted by lovely staff.

I found that there was no fridge in my room. We needed one to keep medicine cold.
